Ha!  so you saw it too!  My ‘gut’ tells me this would probably hold true for the firmer veggies like beets, carrots, cabbage, etc.  Wonder what others think??  Or maybe have found a site that tells us.

  1. Haven’t heard about the other veggies, but they don’t seem as tough as broccoli, who knows.
    It is only recently in human history that we have been cooking stuff and we are the only animal that cooks it’s food, you would think there wouldn’t be a problem digesting raw food from a Natural perspective
